APPETIZERS

GREEN BEAN FRIES – $11
Whole green beans fried in a toasted onion batter.

MOZZARELLA MOONS – $12
Five crispy Italian breaded half-moon shaped fried mozzarella cheese sticks.

PUB PRETZELS – $9
Two buttered and salted Bavarian soft pretzels

ARTICHOKE QUESO DIP  Spicy – $12
Artichoke hearts in a zesty queso cheese dip, topped with melted parmesan cheese and parsley. Served with sliced soft French bread.

WINGS – $15
Sauced and tossed in your choice of Buffalo, Garlic Parm, BBQ or Gochujang. Served with carrot sticks and dipping sauce. Choose from classic bone-in or boneless.


SALADS

STEAK SALAD – $22
Romaine lettuce topped with sauteed steak, red onion, dried cranberries, crispy wonton strips, bleu cheese
crumbles, and served with housemade balsamic Vinaigrette.

KICKIN WING SALAD – $17
Romaine lettuce topped with fried breaded chicken chunks tossed in Gochujang sauce, super slaw, matchstick carrots, cucumbers, fried wontons, and a toasted sesame dressing. Try it on rice or as a wrap!

BACON COBB SALAD – $16
Romaine lettuce topped with avocado, hard-boiled egg, tomato, cheddar cheese, and fried pork belly croutons.
Choice of dressing. Add grilled chicken or shrimp $6 or salmon for $8


BURGERS & SAMMICHES

Burgers & Sammiches include kettle chips. Upgrade to crispy fries or sweet potato criss-cuts for $1. Side salad for $2. Garlic fries or Onion rings for $4.

TEXAS TOOTHPICK BURGER – $19
Angus beef patty topped with battered onion rings, beer cheese, thick bacon, and pickles on a Brioche bun.

SOURDOUGH STACK – $19
Angus beef patty, lettuce, pickles, provolone cheese and two Italian breaded half-moon shaped fried mozzarella cheese sticks. Topped with housemade jalapeño ranch on sliced sourdough bread.

RIB EYE FRENCH DIP – $19
Thin sliced rib eye grilled and topped with battered onion rings on a ciabatta roll. Served with housemade au jus. Try it Nick’s way for $3 (grilled onions, mushrooms and provolone).

TURKEY DELUXE – $18
Hand carved turkey, bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion and avocado on a toasted ciabatta roll. Try it with our housemade chipotle mayo, jalapeno ranch or Mac Sauce.

BYOB (BUILD YOUR OWN BURGER) – $19
Your choice of protein (Beef or chicken, single or double) cheese (Cheddar, American, Pepperjack, Provolone or Beer Cheese), sauce (Chipotle Mayo, MAC sauce, jalapeno ranch, or boom boom sauce), and toppings (lettuce, pickles, tomato, onion).  Add bacon, avocado, or a fried egg for $3 each.


HANDHELDS

TRAILER PARK TACOS – $15
Two flour tortillas filled with traditional carnitas, onions, cilantro, Cotija cheese, and housemade salsa roja.

EL JEFE – $17
Grilled Naan bread stuffed with thinly sliced rib eye, topped with lettuce, sour cream, Cotija cheese, onions, cilantro, and housemade salsa roja.

BROKEN KNUCKLE – $18
Grilled Naan bread stuffed with shredded carnitas, bacon & onion hash, melted cheddar cheese, & grilled jalapeños.

FLATBED PIZZA – $16
Traditional marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella & parmesan cheeses, cupping pepperoni on woodfired
flatbread. (Side not included)

FISH TACOS – $19
Crispy fried cod, super slaw, onion, cilantro, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and topped with sour cream,
housemade salsa roja, and cotija cheese.

FISH AND CHIPS – $20
Crispy golden battered cod strips served with crispy fries and housemade tartar sauce.


BOWLS

STEAK BITES – $22
Marinated tender steak, sauteed with mushrooms and served with garlic bread and housemade creamy chimichurri sauce for dipping.  Add Shrimp $6

PAPAS VERDE – $16
Crispy French fries topped with carnitas Chile Verde, cotija cheese, crema, avocado, cilantro, and onions. Try it on rice!

SHOYU CHICKEN – $16
Grilled chicken breast, broccoli, and bok choy on a bed of jasmine rice and drizzled with toasted sesame dressing. Served with teriyaki sauce.

BUFFALO CHICKEN MAC N CHEESE – $17
Cavatappi pasta with creamy cheese sauce, fried breaded chicken chunks tossed in traditional buffalo sauce.

BUDDHA – $16
Super slaw tossed in a housemade toasted sesame dressing, bell peppers, carrots, red onions, sauteed garlic
green beans and edamame on a bed of Jasmine rice. Add grilled chicken or shrimp $6

BYOB (BUILD YOUR OWN BOWL) – $19
Your choice of protein (grilled chicken, fried chicken chunks, grilled shrimp, steak (add $6) or salmon (add $8), veggies (sauteed mushrooms, red onion, bell pepper, green beans, edamame, carrots, and fresh super slaw) and sauce (teriyaki, gochujang, chimichurri, buddha, toasted sesame), served over jasmine rice.


DESSERTS

BAYOU BEIGNETS – $11
Six deep fried croissant beignets topped with whipped cream, and powdered sugar.

COOKIE SUNDAE – $13
Fresh baked chocolate chip cookie baked to order, topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate and caramel sauce.
